I have a huge appetite for books and a passion for always working with the latest technology. A couple of my hobbies can be seen here - Photography and Web Development - but I'm also very into running (I've run a marathon), cars (I participate in SCCA Autocross events), and just about anything I can take apart and put together. I created a website of funny stories about people's boss' at daily bossisms

Photography

In 2007 as I was leaving for Taiwan, My girlfriend loaned me her Nikon FN-10 35mm film camera. I hadn't had much luck with photography before, but I decided to take some pictures with it. Although my first few rolls were over and under-exposed, I picked it up pretty quickly. Since then I've taken thousands of photos and bought a ton of camera equipment.

Web Development

I never paid much attention to HTML when I first started programming, because I didn't consider it a real programming language. When I started college I was offered a web development job with the University. I quickly learned that PHP, ColdFusion, Python, etc. were all totally valid languages. Since then I've built about two-dozen websites.
